TERM TIME WEEKLY PRE RECORDED PILATES VIDEOS WITH DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

• Pilates pre-recorded mini workout videos are paid for monthly by direct debit via ‘Go Cardless’ as an optional ‘add-on’ subscription to your Pilates Class Membership upon request.

 

• Your ‘add-on’ monthly payment covers pre-recorded Pilates mini workout videos (minimum 30mins each in duration) for 43 weeks annually (via a link emailed to you on a Monday) to coincide with the weeks of the year that we are open for classes (mostly term time).

 

• Each video is available to view for 1 week and will then be withdrawn and replaced by the next.

 

• Payments will be taken on the 1st of every month and are non refundable and non transferable under any circumstances.

 

• There is no notice period for cancellation of the video subscription. To cancel your subscription, simply email us and we will cancel the subscription on your behalf upon receipt of the email so that no further payments are taken and you will continue to receive the videos until the end of the month. Please note that if the email is received at the very end of the month it will not be possible to prevent the following month’s payment from going through.

 

• This subscription for videos is only available to existing members, if your class membership is cancelled, your video subscription will be cancelled too.

 

• Ladies who fall pregnant will not be permitted to continue receiving the videos as they are not suitable for use in pregnancy.

 

• The video workouts are not a substitute for class attendance. It is important that you still attend class regularly so as not to fall into bad habits whilst exercising unsupervised.

 

• By taking part in a pre-recorded Pilates video, you fully understand that your teacher is not able to offer any personal correction; you agree to take responsibility for your own body; you agree not to perform any exercises or movements that may cause you discomfort; and you confirm that you are fit and able to participate. You must ensure that you are working in a safe environment. It is your responsibility to check with a medical practitioner if you are unsure as to whether you should be participating due to a medical condition. By renting the pre-recorded videos you automatically agree to waive all statutory rights against My Pilates Fix Studio.

 

• My Pilates Fix Studio cannot be held responsible for any technical issues preventing our emails with the links from reaching you at the specified time.
